These two sites, comprising refurbished warehouses and workshops, are located at the junction of the M5 motorway and the M0 ring road, close to several popular shopping destinations (including Decathlon, Auchan, IKEA and Tesco) as well as the wholesale fruits and vegetables market. Accessibility from the M5 and the availability of truck access and parking in the area make them particularly suitable as a logistics centre.
